At Damson Madder, we want you to love your conscious purchases, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use a QR code at a designated drop-off point depending on your location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
